This Privacy Policy shall apply to all Information that valmi.io collects in furtherance to your access/use of the Product including but not limited to any information you may submit to access the Product and avail the Services in accordance with the Terms or e-mails that you exchange with valmi.io. This information is necessary for the adequate performance of our obligations towards you and to allow us to comply with our legal obligations. Without this information, we may not be able to provide you access to and allow the use of the Product and Services.

If valmi.io determines that any Information you have provided or uploaded violates the terms of this Privacy Policy, valmi.io has the right, in its absolute discretion, to delete or destroy such Information without incurring any liability to you. You agree to your Personally Identifiable Information being used by us in order to contact you and deliver information or administrative notices and any other communication relevant to your use of the Product or availing of Services. Disclosure of Your Information
We consider the confidentiality and security of your Information to be of the utmost importance. Given the nature of internet transactions, valmi.io cannot guarantee the security of such Information or take any responsibility for the transmission of Information on the internet because there is some risk that an unauthorized third party may find a way to circumvent our security systems or that transmission of your Information through the Product may be intercepted. The Privacy Policy does not apply to, nor does valmi.io take any responsibility for, any information that is collected by any third party either using the Product or providing any related services including but not limited to payment services through an external platform.

Data Retention and Data Deletion
valmi.io may retain Information, for such length of time as may be required, in order for us to provide the concerned User with Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve any disputes that may arise, enforce its rights arising out of agreements with Users, and/or for such period as may be required by legislations/orders of regulatory authorities to which valmi.io is subject. If you no longer want to use our Product and Services and want your Account/ personal information to be deleted, you may contact valmi.io at contact[AT]valmi.io to request that User Account be deleted. Your Account and all your personal information will be deleted within a period of 7 days from the date on which you request deletion thereof. If you wish to avail valmi.io's Product and Services once your Account is deleted pursuant to your request, you will have to sign-up as a new User.

Rectification of Inaccurate or Incomplete Information
You can change, alter, modify, or delete your Account Information at any time by emailing us at contact[At]valmi.io. However, please note that in the event you alter, or update or delete your account information, we cannot ensure the continuity or quality of the Services being provided to you. valmi.io may permit or deny modification of any information, to the extent such information is required by it in order to be compliant with and observe applicable laws. You have the right to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information concerning you (which you cannot update yourself within your valmi.io Account).

Data portability is the ability to obtain some of your information in a format you can move from one service provider to another.
